2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

• Include your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

3. Shipping Fulfillment

Orders are shipped via Shiprocket, our logistics partner. While we strive for timely delivery, delays caused by courier services are beyond our control and do not qualify for refunds.

4. Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed through Razorpay. Refunds (if approved) will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. We do not offer cash refunds.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind or accidental purchases

• Minor cosmetic damage (e.g., slight bends or scuffs)

• Items returned without prior approval

• Delays due to courier or customs
